We bought our first house from Just 3%. They worked with us to figure out what we really wanted. Very helpful and patient walking us through all the steps to ensure we got into the perfect house for us (with our beautiful big yard)! We are getting married this year so the extra money will certainly help with that!

Just three percent is a family run business. The daughter, Laura, sold our house in a very short time with no hassles whatsoever. The father, Matt helped us to find a house and secure the deal. Both deals went smooth with very little pressure, it was a very pleasant transaction. I would recommend them to anybody who is buying or selling realistate.

Working with Just 3% has always been a great experience for our family. We have used them for both buying and selling and they always get us exactly what we are looking for and then some! They are always honest and realistic in what to expect from the current market. Their no pressure approach makes the process easy and stress free.
